Rooted in a tradition of community involvement that dates back to local farmer William Otterbein Brown, Otterbein, Indiana, is a town that honors its past while embracing the future. Following the success of its 1972 Centennial, the community continues to grow, highlighted by recent improvements to the local park—including upgraded pickleball/tennis courts and new playground equipment. By the end of 2026, residents can look forward to new walking paths and a shaded social area. With additional trails connecting the town, these enhancements reflect Otterbein’s dedication to fostering a vibrant, active space for everyone to gather and thrive.
