TeamReach – Sign‑Up

What Is TeamReach?

TeamReach is a free app we use to schedule and sign up for Picklebal, Tennis, and Park Events.  The group codes to sign up are at the bottom.

It works on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
Once joined, you’ll see:

• Upcoming events

• Who is signed up

Getting Started

• Download the TeamReach app or join from the invitation link

• Each person must have their own login

• You can only sign yourself up for events

Responding to an Event

When an event is created, you’ll receive a notification by text or email.

Open the app and select the calendar event by clicking on it. Choose one:

• YES – you’re playing

• WAITLIST – event is full

• NO – please select if you’re not attending

Your response updates for everyone.
(You may need to refresh the screen.)

Waitlist

If an event is full:

• Select WAITLIST

• Names are added in order

• If someone cancels, the next person is notified automatically

Two Players for One Spot

If you’re bringing another player:

• Only one person selects YES

• Add a comment saying you’re bringing a second player

• Both players should be similar skill levels and in the same group

Add to Your Calendar

• Tap the calendar + icon to add the event to your phone calendar

• Events can also be viewed online at:
  OtterbeinPark.com/Schedule (to be verified)

Event Changes or Cancellations

Only the supervisor can make changes.

You’ll receive a notification if an event:

• Changes time

• Is delayed or postponed

• Is canceled or deleted

Be sure to open the notification to see details.

App Features

Ads

The app contains small ads.
They can be ignored or removed with an optional upgrade.

• Choose how you want notifications delivered

• Advanced options are available — use what works best for you
