Tier 1 – Premier Partner:
Tier 1 sponsors will have a sign placed on the fence that dedicates a particular court to them. Currently we have (4) pickleball courts and (2) tennis courts. (The tennis court has 2 spaces available, one on each end. This gives us a total of (6) tier 1 sponsorships.
Tier 1 sponsorships will have their logos showing on all event flyers, tournament literature, and all social media pertaining to the Otterbein courts for the 3-year term.
Tier 1 sponsors may hold a special event alongside one of the Otterbein court events if desired. They must work with our sponsor advisory group to work out all the details.
Tier 1 can have (6) free entry fees for any tournament events.
A Tier 1 sponsor will furnish their own sign with the following guidelines.
The sign can be no larger than 4’ x 8’ and must be made with a lightweight material. (Vinyl, aluminum, or plastic)
All digital artwork is supplied by the sponsor.
Must have holes or method so the sign may be affixed to a fence.
Must be approved by our sponsor group
If a sponsor wants a custom sign created the same guidelines apply, but they will bear the cost of the design and sign. Typically ranging from $400.00-$800.00.
Terms: The agreement will be for three years at a total cost of 5,000.00.
Donations are processed through the Benton Community Foundation (501(c)(3)) and are completely tax‑deductible. Select the Otterbein Park Renovation Project to make your impact. Every penny goes directly into upgrading and revitalizing the park.
