Warm-Up & Hydration: Always engage in a dynamic warm-up before high-intensity play and bring adequate water to prevent heat-related illness.
Court Conditions: Inspect the surface for debris, moisture, or cracks before starting. Do not play on wet courts, as they pose a significant slip hazard.
Equipment Safety: Ensure your footwear is non-marking and designed specifically for court sports to provide proper lateral support.
Injury Protocol: If a ball enters from another court, immediately yell "Ball on!" and stop play to prevent tripping. If you are injured, notify a park official or playing partner immediately.
